I do not have room for all my houses due to renovation at our own house 
Here I will sell things that I do not need anymore. It all comes from my collection. 
Dollhouses, dollhousefurniture and dolls.

Most things I sell is in real good condition, almost mint. 
(The pictures is in 99.9 % of all cases the real deal ;o))
If there is some fault, legs broken, scratches or color lost I always write this in the description of the item. These items is going under the category  MIXED with defects.
Then you have ordered I can take a picture of all your things so that you can see condition and that it is OK.

Then you are done with your order, chose Pay by Bank wire and then confirm your order, the last step.  I will pack your things and get back to you with the total incl shipping (not free) and we will agree on how you wish to pay me.
